Magic Showbook ("the App") is developed by Kostya Kimlat / Event Magic International LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

The App allows you to create and store information about your magic tricks, shows, props, tasks, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device and may sync through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

If you choose to register for additional features (such as voice entry), we collect:

This information is used to provide you with feature access, send occasional updates about the app, and respond to your inquiries.

Voice Data

The voice entry feature uses Apple Intelligence to process your speech on-device. Audio recordings are processed locally on your iPhone and are not sent to our servers. We never hear or store your voice recordings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Enable access to registered features
• Send you updates about the App (if registered)
• Respond to your questions and support requests

Data Storage and Security

Your tricks, shows, and other content are stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if enabled). We do not have access to this data.

If you register, your name and email are stored securely using industry-standard practices.
